Snapnote requests access only when necessary for specific user actions:
- Camera Access: Used only when you choose to take a photo within the app.
- Photo Library Access: Used only when you choose to import an image.
- Local Storage Access: Used to save notes and annotated images on your device.
Snapnote does not access photos, camera, or storage in the background. The app does not request access to your location, contacts, microphone, or other sensitive data.

Snapnote does not integrate any third-party advertising, analytics, tracking, or data collection services.

All data remains on your device. The security of your data depends on your device's built-in security features. We recommend enabling device passcodes and encryption for additional protection.
