AI Interior - SnapPlan (“SnapPlan”, “the App”) is operated by Xinhao Studio, a brand of Xiamen Siming District Xinhao Electronic Accessories Business Department (Individually Owned Busines) (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
This page explains how to request deletion of your SnapPlan account and associated data. It applies to the app listed on Google Play and the Apple App Store as AI Interior - SnapPlan.

Include the email address registered on your account. We typically respond within a few business days.
1. Delete your account in the app (recommended)
You can delete your account yourself at any time while signed in:
- Open SnapPlan and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab (bottom navigation).
- Open About & Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm deletion in the dialog.
After successful deletion, you will be signed out and cannot sign in again with the same account.
2. Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@xinhaostudio.com from the address linked to your account (or explain why you cannot). We will verify ownership and process your request.
3. What we delete
When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including for example:
- Account identifiers (email, user ID, authentication profile)
- Profile information stored on our servers
- Design history and related metadata
- Uploaded room photos and AI-generated images tied to your account, including copies on our servers and in third-party storage or AI processing systems where we control deletion
- Credit balance and in-app entitlement records on our backend
4. What we may retain
We may retain limited information only where necessary, for example:
- Records required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations
- Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you
- Technical logs retained for a limited period for security and debugging
Uploaded images and AI-generated outputs tied to your account are deleted or permanently disassociated from your identity on our servers and on third-party storage or CDN systems where applicable, typically within 30 days of account deletion, consistent with our Privacy Policy. We cannot guarantee instant removal from every external cache outside our control.
Purchase records processed by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat may remain with those platforms under their policies; deleting your SnapPlan account does not cancel store subscriptions automatically—cancel subscriptions in your device’s store settings if needed.
5. Partial data deletion without deleting your account
SnapPlan does not currently offer a separate web form to delete individual data fields while keeping your account. You may remove individual design entries from History inside the app. To remove all personal data associated with your identity, delete your account using the steps above.
Note: In some cases, the same email may not be immediately reusable for security and anti-abuse reasons. Contact support@xinhaostudio.com if you believe deletion was made in error.
